Cabin Kit prices are
determined by the costs of lumber, plywood, fuel and delivery costs. On July 1st, higher costs will mean higher prices
for our Home and Cabin Kits. New "NAFTA" rules and tighter security will also
add to our costs.
Here's
how you can save:
If
you plan to build this summer or fall, your initial deposit today can "lock in" today's lower
prices... before July 1st... and save thousands!
Our mills will honor
today's lower Cabin Kit prices on all orders with initial deposits made before
the end of June.
In other words, by placing your deposit today, you can "lock in"
our current lower prices... guaranteed! The savings
will be
significant. And your initial deposit will cover the cost of your engineered
Cabin Kit plans, ready to submit for building permits.*
(* Note: Your deposit will cover
the cost of standard Cabin Kit plans and structural
engineering. The cost of any design time for changes,
modifications or for preparing
custom Cabin Kit plans will be quoted separately.
